- No Shoes allowed inside, please take them off at the front

- No smoking inside the house please

- Maximum number of guests is 6

- Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful stay. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you leaving without a refund for your stay.

- Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through Airbnb portal

- Additional rules will be provided at the time of booking

- There is video surveillance on the exterior of this property and is monitored 24/7

**As this is a newly constructed community, there will be ongoing construction outside during your stay. The construction will start from 7 am and end before 6 pm. You wont hear the construction but please keep this in mind before booking!

**The backyard & backyard door is not accessible**
