This historic private home offers all the character of the past blended exquisitely with modern luxuries such as high ceilings, windows on all sides, and the finest finishes. Town Lift Chalet is literally one of the closest private homes to the Park City Mountain Town Lift and mere steps to Historic Main Street, world-class restaurants, nightlife, wonderful shops, and more! At Park Villa, you can enjoy the ultimate location for privacy, relaxation, and walkability to Main Street and renowned slopes.
The open-concept living area invites you to relax by the large stone woodburning fireplace or watch a show on the flat-screen TV. There are amazing restaurants just steps from your door in every direction like High West, Flying Sumo, and Harvest, but when you want to stay in, easily prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with a Wolf range and mingle with family or friends. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 6 or the breakfast bar with seating for 4.
Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed adorned with high-quality linens and pillows for a restful night's sleep. The spacious main suite on the lower level offers an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the main level, has sliding glass doors leading to a lovely private patio. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is just outside the bedroom door.
