Four doors up from Main Street, you'll be walking distance to the town, the slopes, and everything Old Town has to offer. Added onto one of Park City's historic miner homes, Unit C is a walk-out basement with a separate entrance and ample privacy.
This is a perfect little spot right in town for one person or a couple on a trip to Park City. Everything in town that youâd want to do is within 5-15 min walking (and there is also a shuttle just a couple minutes away to access all of Main St). The interior had clearly been taken care of - all of the appliances seemed brand new. The vibe was a good mix of rustic mountain cabin with a nod to the houseâs history and well-maintained modern features. Hosts were attentive and communicative!
Hi, we're the Knights. We hope you enjoy your time in Park City as much as we do.
We bought the Mary Shea House â along with the annex nextdoor â in 2020.
Built in the late 1880s, the Mary Shea House is one of the oldest surviving homes in Park City. The original owners were the Sheas â Jerome, Mary, Cornelius, and William. Not long after they moved in, Jerome died of miner's lung. Mary raised her two boys here and became a key figure in Old Town life.
After William passed away in 1960, the house was sold and then sold again in the 1970s to the family who built the annex. We bought the house from that family and see ourselves as caretakers of this little piece of Park City History.
