The Space:

Situated in the seaside town of Dunsborough you are in one of the best locations to enjoy world class wineries, award winning restaurants, chic bars, trendy cafes, amazing craft breweries, famous surf breaks and stunning white sandy beaches, in all less than 15-20 minutes. You’ll be moments away from Dunsborough’s sparkling waters, Smiths, Yallingup and Meelup beaches, but far enough away to truly unwind.



Sleeping 6 guests across 3 stylish appointed bedrooms and 2 living spaces you’ll be lacking for nothing. The home is bathed in welcoming, natural light and the free-flowing floor plan, modern coastal tones and finishes showcases coastal style living at its best.



Upon entry the large comfortable living area with couches, ceiling fan and TV is the perfect place for the kids to play games, watch movies and relax after busy days enjoying nature and sights of the Southwest.



Along the hallway you will come to the main living, dining and kitchen which creates the main central meeting hub of the home. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for those nights in, and the coffee maker provides a pleasant wake up call. The whole family will come together and create memories around the 6-seater dining table in the comfort of air conditioning. This room has a large TV, board games and of course free WiFi. Should you need to catch up with the office a Bluetooth printer is available.



Feeding off the main living area is the outdoor alfresco with another dining table and seating. The small, grassed area is ideal for playing with the Bocce Ball set and watching the kids, glass of wine in hand, cooking up a storm on the large BBQ.



The 3 bedrooms are comfortably and beautifully decorated. The master offers you a king size bed, stylish ensuite and WIR. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with queen size beds and access to the second bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable on the warm balmy nights and plenty of wardrobe space.



The laundry is ideal for those having longer stays with a washer and dryer. Hotel quality linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided.



We provide a porta cot and highchair, however you’ll need to bring along your cot linen and mattress protector.



Basic pantry and cleaning items are provided allowing you to put your feet up and enjoy a coffee, tea or glass of wine on arrival. Brochures and maps are provided so you will never run out of ideas for your stay.



Guests have access to the garage via remote control.

Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
