Care and Maintenance:

Treat the home with the utmost care and respect, keeping it clean and tidy.
Conserve electricity, natural gas, and water to promote sustainability.
Liability:

Understand that any injuries sustained within the home or on the property are your sole responsibility, releasing the homeowner from any liability. No legal action will be taken.
Damages and Loss:

Take full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred to the home or its contents, including the upper deck, during your stay.
Energy Conservation:

Turn off all air conditioning units and lights when not inside the condo, including bedrooms when not in use.
Do not unplug the Sensibo units in each bedroom as they monitor electricity usage from the air conditioning units. Please be mindful of conserving electricity and conserving our environment.
Compliance:

Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the homeowner and TAO community.
