Convenience is key, with a free bus stop just a few meters away, providing effortless access to the freeway, Perth Train Station, and Perth Busport. Whether you're keen to explore the city's cultural attractions or simply relax by the pool, our apartment serves as the perfect base for your Perth adventures.
Additionally, for your peace of mind, our office is conveniently located downstairs. Should you encounter any issues during your stay, our friendly staff are available in person between 8 am to 5 pm on business days to assist you promptly.

Guest Access:
The guest will receive a password to access the apartment.
The unit is located on the second floor accessible by either the elevator or the stairs.
Getting Around:
CHECK-IN TIME
- from 3 pm onwards.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.
RULES

- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
PARKING
-This apartment does not come with a parking bay, however parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)
