Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

• Guest must complete Check-In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.

• Please Remove your shoes at the door.
• No Smoking on the property including indoors and outdoors. Smoking violation will result in a $500 fine.
• Please treat our home as you would your own.
• Please report any damage to home host immediately.
• No illegal drugs are permitted during your stay.
• If an item is broken or you are having issues, please contact Stay Host.
• Primary Guest booking property must be at least 25 years old.
• No parties or events.
• Do not move furniture or appliances.
• Do not remove any items from the property.
• Keep the property clean and in good condition.
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Check-in is at 4 PM; check-out is at 10 AM.
• No unapproved guests. Parties are not permitted. Disturbing neighbors will not be tolerated. If the police are contacted, we will also be notified, which may result in termination of your stay without a refund. Please respect our home and neighbors.
• Use the provided coasters to protect the furniture.

Clean & Cute

Our stay was incredilby clean and comfortable. We were so grateful to have a place to go and relax, since we were visiting for a family emergency. Being close to the Boca Negra Canyon Trail was incredilbe for a family walk, and later a personal run to clear my head. It was very beautiful. The small yard and outdoor fireplace would have been helpful if we were there on vacation; I would have def used it. I was very frustrated with the check-in process, requiring a photo id, and a selfie through a 3rd party portal. I didn't feel comfortable with it. I also felt an added stress with the late check in at 4pm, and the early check out at 10am. We weren't sure we could pack everything up in time in addition to all the cleaning they require upon leaving, so we left the night before.
