Cleanliness is very important to us, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure items such as towels, coffee equipment, and bathroom details are consistently checked before each arrival. We are also planning to replace the shower seal where discoloration has developed over time. Regarding the bedding, all linens are freshly washed for each guest, and a fitted sheet was in place; however, we understand how the setup may not have come across clearly and will be standardizing this to ensure a more consistent presentation.
