This delightful two-bedroom, single-story home is the ideal spot for your Cape Cod getaway. Situated right across the street from the historic Eastham Windmill, the property is sure to check all the boxes: lovely yard, deck, enclosed outdoor shower and fire pit!

Enter an open and bright living room with comfortable seating, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and flat screen TV with cable.
A door from the living room leads to the nicely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a solid surface range, soapstone counter tops and a center island with counter seating.

A hallway from the kitchen leads to the open and bright family room. The family room has a large dining table perfect for meals, games & puzzles, a desk if you can't escape work emails and a cozy TV area with comfortable seating and large flat screen TV with cable. A slider leads to the back deck.

The two bedrooms are on the opposite site of the house--both have one queen bed. There is a bathroom with a stall shower near the bedrooms and another with a shower off the hall to the family room.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
