The lounge area has a dedicated work space and a sofa bed. The dining table suits 4 people. In addition the kitchen is fully fitted with all you need to cater including coffee machine.

Everything is new in the property, with stainless steel AEG appliances, washer dryer and a toaster that cooks a boiled egg!!

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in robes and large bright windows.

Main bathroom is stylishly finished with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The car parking is open air in a dedicated space beside the apartment building.

Self check in with a lockbox. So arrive at your leisure anytime after 3:00 PM.

Please be careful not to lose any keys or remotes. Replacement can be costly and will be charged to you.

SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES
There is strictly no-smoking or vaping on the property.
Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly.
No illicit substances are permitted on the property.

BREAKAGES
If you notice or create any breakages, please contact us so we can address this. Accidents will be accounted for. However, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.

NOISE LEVELS
Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am on weekdays and 12 am-8 am on weekends. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.

NO PETS
No pets are permitted

EXCESS CLEANING
Please clean any dishes and put rubbish in the bin area.
Excess cleaning is charged at $50 per hour.

LATE CHECK OUT
Check out is at 10:00 AM.
If the cleaners arrives and you have not checked out you will be charged $50 per hour as the cleaners still need to be paid.
