Not a very pleasant experience..
It was my husband’s birthday and I planned a cottage stay at this property. We reached the property and were very happy with the property and it was very clean. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions and requests. In the late evening, my partner went to the toilet and found it was clogged. We tried plunging it thinking it might fix it but unfortunately it did not fix the issue and it was 11 pm at night in an area where you might not get washroom access nearby. I got a message from Jay(The Host) in the morning at 6 that he might try to accommodate a plumber but due to Sunday we couldn’t find one. We managed the night but in the morning it was a nightmare dealing with this issue that we took the inconvenience. While we were getting ready to leave the property, our kid was playing in the backyard and there was a sewage area that was not secured/screwed by the owner and our kid slipped and fell half way into the sewer. This was a very disappointing and disturbing experience causing safety issues to my kid. I would have rated this property much better start if didn’t had to go through suck experience specially for a bday stay.
