Hi Laura I am sorry you felt that I am charging random fees, but as you can see everything that you mentioned its listed on the platform also on the platform its 8 people not 10. The property is big enough to accommodate 8 people, yes its a three bedroom with a basement. There are other area in the home that have enough space for air mattress if needed. You did not claim for extra pet/people and the firewood. I gave you the option to pay direct to me or go through vrbo.

Sorry you felt that way. When you arrived ( with more people than you originally told me about & a dog) you seemed to have loved it. You didnt appear to have any problem and you and your family took a walk around in and outside the building and said how clean and nice it was. As for the " rats " there is a corn field directly across the street that would warrant field mice and animals will do what they do. I unfortunately have no control over this. If it was not to your liking you didnt have to stay and I would let you go. If there was a mess I would have been more than happy to have cleaned it to your standard. Unfortunately none of these problems that you've had was mentioned to me during your stay. I will definitely not rent to this guest again. As they had disturbed my neighbor with profanity and crude behaviour. Problems have started to occur once I mentioned extra costs because of the people and dog that was not originally disclosed to me. I am still not paid in full and waiting for outstanding balance. Guest also threatened if I didn't drop the charges she would leave a bad review.
