There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, an additional private room with a queen bed and a room with both a bunk bed and a twin bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom with shower, tub and double-sink vanity.

In the winter season, you can partake in numerous family-friendly activities, such as exploring the Nordic Center's various cross-country trails suitable for all skill levels and enjoying snow tubing at the Kid's Zone. Additionally, there are ample opportunities for snowshoeing adventures and delightful sleigh rides available at the Town Square.

In summer, you can play tennis on clay courts, golf on a scenic 9-hole course, hike or bike various trails, and ride a chairlift up Snow's Mountain. Nearby Corcoran's Pond offers a sandy beach, swim raft, boat rentals, and swimming.

Throughout the year, you can enjoy various activities, such as visiting the Waterville Valley Recreation Center with its climbing wall, scheduled family events, hiking trails, and camps. Stroll to the Town Square for shopping and dining amidst picturesque mountain views. In addition, there's year-round ice skating!  For indoor entertainment, there's a Family-Friendly Arcade and an Escape Room for those seeking a challenge.
