The owners were so accommodating with us as we had to extend our week because our house closing was delayed. The property was in a perfect location in Crow Creek. Beautiful Lani with views of pond and trees! Updated, cozy and clean. Thank you!!!

Lick would not work. When entry was gained, unit was not cleaned, toilets were dirty and laundry left in washer to dry had mold.

Although you ultimately chose not to remain at the property, we made every effort to support your arrival by approving an early check-in at 2:00 PM for your convenience, accommodating a delayed arrival, and confirming that all locks and security measures were in place for a smooth and secure entry. While standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, access was ultimately provided at approximately 6:00 PM once the home was ready. We recognize that the condition of the home upon arrival did not reflect the high cleaning standards we have upheld for years, and we were deeply disappointed that this experience fell short of both your expectations and our own. This was an isolated situation, and it was addressed as promptly as possible. We understand how frustrating this must have been and that it ultimately influenced your decision not to stay. To help acknowledge the inconvenience, a full refund was issued. We take feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve. Your comments help us continue refining both the home and our processes with the goal of providing a positive experience for future guests.

Crow Creek delivers again

We have visited Crow Creek in the fall for three consecutive years. Each time, we’ve stayed in the Crow Creek condos. Three different buildings, three different floors. Each time has delivered clean and well kept units. It would be helpful for rental information to provide the building number and unit location (floor with description of location - end unit, view (parking area, golf course, ponds, etc.). We were pleased to have an end unit, but had hoped for a top floor location. The Creek is a great place to stay, with easy access to the area whether it’s beaches, golf courses or restaurants!

The condo was clean and well-stocked with dishes and supplies. We chose this property based on the positive reviews and the amenities listed in the description, especially the fitness center and indoor pool. With rain throughout our stay, these amenities were important to us.While we found key cards for both facilities, neither would unlock the doors. Two residents kindly informed us that these amenities were only available to residents and long-term renters. We reached out to the contact listed in our rental agreement, calling several times, leaving messages, and sending emails, but unfortunately did not receive a response during our stay.This was disappointing, as access to these amenities was a deciding factor in booking this condo as the listing stated these amenities were available for renters of this condo. We hope future guests will have clearer information about amenity access and receive timely communication if assistance is needed.
