The room was just as described. The beds were clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The train did wake us up (sounded like someone knocking on the wall). We have zero complaints on the unit itself but the latch app was so confusing and it took us a while to figure out. Probably user error. Loved the pool and appreciate this space. Would rent here again.

The communication with the host was awesome. They were very easy to get ahold of and prompt to respond. Loved the room and pool area! It was a short walk to Broadway and a cheap Uber drive when we were to worn out.

We had a great stay! The room was incredibly clean and the hotel was just a short walk to Broadway, which made everything super convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved space and security here. Could easily sleep 8 comfortable. Communication with hosts was great too. Only downfalls were that they only give you one towel and one face cloth per guest. No hand towels in any bathroom or extra towels, you would have to wash them. We ended up ordering hand towels and 2 extra towels from Walmart when we did our grocery order.

We provide starter supplies (one bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth per guest) as listed, but I understand that’s not enough for a longer stay. Nice apartment in a nice building, the area is very sketchy with a lot of homeless right outside. Ubers are a necessity but if you use it right it’s great value.

The place was kept clean. However, there were no hand towels in the bathroom for drying hands, we were not given enough shower towels and washcloths and while requested more, did not receive them and we ran out of toilet paper. For the price we paid to stay in the Vrbo I feel as though should not have been issued. Otherwise the place suit our needs well and allowed for an enjoyable communal space.

The check in process was a bit confusing with the door app. Needed to ask other people staying in property how to use it and what lock codes went the what door. The walk to Broadway was a bit further than anticipated. Used Uber and Waymo many times along with scooters. Some issues were that we had water leaking into the living room as the people above us were pressure washing. And they were very loud late at night. We also had an issue with a light in one of the bedrooms that would randomly turn on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. So we had to turn the light switch to off and not use the ceiling fan. It gets quite stuffy in those bedrooms and the note mentioned it dropping the thermostat below 72. We needed it at 65 to be comfortable. The place was clean and had most everything needed. Could use a spatula to cook eggs with. Also there is only one hand towel per bathroom and only one bath towel for each person. Had to do laundry of course but only 2 laundry pods provided. The pool looked nice but didn’t go in. There is some nice seating and fire pits outside as well. But the trains to go by often. Overall not a terrible place to stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing place! Would highly recommend!

This property is beautiful!!! We loved all of the space and the decor is gorgeous! The pool was nice and people were friendly! Walking distance to downtown or an inexpensive Uber ride. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of groups coming and going, which makes the building feel lively, without feeling overrun or cramped or noisy. Pool was popular destination for tenants from open to close. It's about a mile walk to Broadway, so wear comfortable shoes. Clean. Quick responses from staff. Amenities were great, coffee machine was a carafe and k-cup, plenty of cooking utensils, ice maker in fridge. Were given a few complimentary trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge - which got us through the weekend. Trash chute easily located. Not having to strip beds or wash towels was AMAZING. Parking was very convenient in upped garage, though we never tempted fate by leaving with the car once it was parked, to avoid losing a spot and having to pay. The only complaint was the train - running a sound machine helped sleeping at night in the rooms with windows, but the sound from the rails echoes on the balconies by the pool. Screeches so deafening, you have to go back inside sometimes for a break to give your ears a break. Made it hard to enjoy the balcony for more that 20 minutes at a time. Really need some sound absorption. It is hard to believe people live there full time - whoa. It was still okay for the weekend, and I would book another short term stay there again.

Unique place , Nice decor

Unique atmosphere , clean , friendly , nice size. Our unit did not have a balcony which would have been nice , Missed that in listing . Wish it had a hot tub in pool area . Location was in a sketch area , but was able to walk to broadway in about 20 minutes .

Great condo, super clean

This place was beautiful and super clean. The building was easy to get into and had a lobby to wait for Ubers. The neighborhood is not great with the homeless all around but then the rescue mission is across the street. We didn’t have any problems walking, riding scooters or accessing Ubers. Most things are walkable.

6 of us stayed there 3 nights. Nice apartment with plenty of room, no bedroom windows however and other quirks. We did use pool and gym. Biggest negative is location, neighborhood doesn't feel safe to walk around. Did not / would not walk to Broadway. if you're OK with Uber and not interested in morning walks for coffee, its fine. would also not stay there with young children.

Prohibition Parlor

The unit was true to the images. Very tasteful theme. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Also, a plus is that there is a large dining table for 8 (very rare), so our 3 generation family could all dine together, plus the bar stools. However, i would likely really rate the Unit as 4.5 stars as the common area living and dining rooms really need better mid-range and ambiant lighting. Only one very soft floor lamp in the corner. we brought 1 of the night table lamps to sit on the only small side table, but with the dark walls, ceiling and curtains it was not adequate for reading. The very bright ceiling lights were good for puzzles, but too harsh for relaxing/reading. Also the maintanance staff handled our request for a slow drain and new shower curtain lining in a friendly/efficient manor. We were all happy with the RESORT offerings and location!
