Thoughtfully designed by renowned mid-century modernist architect Robertson “Happy” Ward, Beaulieu is more than a villa, it’s a space where architecture and the natural world coexist effortlessly. The villa features three oversized master suites, each beautifully finished in Italian tumbled marble and offering panoramic sea views, even from the en-suite bathrooms. Each suite opens onto its own private terrace and either a secluded patio or garden, allowing guests to connect with the outdoors in complete privacy.



Though Beaulieu feels worlds away, it is conveniently located just a short drive from the island’s top culinary and cultural destinations. Within minutes, guests can reach Baie aux Prunes, Baie Nettle’s renowned restaurants, and the charming French capital of Marigot, known for its boutiques, bakeries, and lively Creole market. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car.

Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.

A spacious double living room connects to a formal dining room framed by graceful arches, as well as outdoor dining and lounge areas. The fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a wide pass-through window to the terrace, overlooks Baie Rouge and invites effortless entertaining.



One of Beaulieu’s most iconic features is its exceptionally large 50' x 20' (heated) pool, a rare luxury even among the island’s finest villas. Perfectly positioned to capture sweeping sea views and the caress of ocean breezes, the pool area is the heart of the villa’s outdoor living, an ideal setting for sun-drenched days and starlit evenings. Throughout the villa, gentle trade winds offer a natural airflow, perfect to offer a cooling breeze for St. Martins (average) temperature of 80°F (27°C).

Arrival and Departure Transfer

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
