The kitchen and living room.
A very welcoming guest friendly open living floorplan, featuring a central kitchen overlooking the cosy living and dining room and direct access to the outdoor living areas. The kitchen offers stone bench tops, gas hotplates, electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, bench seating, and a large and small fridge. Relax in the adjoining living and dining room, complete with TV, split AC, a Coonara wood fire, and ducted heating throughout.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Two queen size bedrooms, a central bathroom, plus a second toilet/powder room, comfortably accommodating 2 couples on a beachside retreat. The 2nd bedroom has an adjoining sitting room and TV.

Outside.
Delightful outdoor sundeck, offering complete privacy amongst mature gardens. Enjoy outdoor lounges and dining under the stars on warmer evenings. The property location is fabulous, so close to beautiful beaches, the historic Sorrento township, championship golf courses, world class wineries, and the peninsula hot springs. The front yard has room for a boat and 2 cars. Please note fire wood is not provided.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

No smoking on premises.

No Pets permitted.

Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
