Sanctuary on the Grove is a newly built and exceptionally furnished home in a peaceful and handy location of Nukuhau, Taupo. This spacious home has been well thought out to make your stay a part of your Taupo experience one that will be stored in the memory bank for a long time to come. Whether you're enjoying a holiday with friends and family, a group of friends getting together for a long overdue catch up or here for work, this stunning property has it all.

With 3 bedrooms + study - made up as a 4th bedroom, + sunroom, a large open plan kitchen that is well equipped with a pod coffee machine, instant hot/chilled water and plenty more as well as a kitchenette and second living area on the second story, this property has space for all to enjoy.

Cook on the BBQ in the lovely outdoor entertaining area, followed by a relaxing soak in the spa pool or simply soak up the sun with a great read in the sun room.

Stay warm and cozy in the winter months and cool in the summer with heat pump/air-conditioning units installed in both the main living areas as well as in each of the 3 bedrooms.

A fully fenced rear section with a grass area for the kids to run around or pop down to the community tennis court which is less than a 5-minute walk away for game of tennis or bring a ball and shoot some hoops using the basketball hoop.

Only 3.5km from Taupo's main centre you will be close to all of the best restaurants, cafe's, shops and attractions that Taupo has to offer. A 5-minute drive to Acacia Bay's most popular swimming spot.

Sanctuary on the Grove is a popular location for groups of up to 10 guests.
