Best location!Great apartment+tennis court+gym+lap pool. Nearby gardens and tram
« A perfect city apartment, close to everything but tucked away in a more peaceful area of the city, across from the Royal Botanic Gardens. The apartment is immaculate and had everything we could need for our stay, as well as welcome drinks and chocolate. Bronnie was so welcoming and available if we needed anything. We canât wait to stay again ». Guest review March 2024
Close to Albert Park, war memorial, botanical gardens and great local food and wine and the tram line right outside your door. Light and airy with a very comfy lounge. All mod cons ... And a really responsive host. What more can a holiday ask for? We'll be back for sure.
Hi! I want visitors to appreciate Melbourne as much as I do. I'm an Outdoor Education teacher as well as a former tour guide. So I have a lot of knowledge about accessing a great range of outdoor activities as well as seeing wildlife. I celebrate the coffee culture of Melbourne and can steer you in the right direction of accessing great food and wine. Just ask!
I love to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens and Fawkner Park, as well as cycle around Albert Park Lake with my young son. This morning we went to Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance, only a short walk away. It's also a fabulous sunset spot for photography. Middle Park beach is nearby, and a firm favourite to visit. Plus it's easy to access the city or St Kilda from the apartment, either by foot, tram or cycle. We walk to South Melbourne market each week, and particularly love the fresh seafood there. There is also a post office, chemist, newsagent and bottle shop opposite the apartment, with the tram stop directly outside the building. All in all, the best location in Melbourne, in our opinion!
I love to host, and ensure that a guest has everything they need. If not, I'll do my best to accommodate their needs. From picnic sets to cooler bags and hot water bottles, just need to ask.
