Classic Sauble Cottage- River directly behind, beach right across the street!!

This classic cottage will be sure to bring back those old school Sauble beach vibes and more importantly create some new memories with your family!
With the Sauble river directly at the back of the property, enjoy your morning coffee or read a book lounging by the beautiful river, or take a short 30 second stroll across the street to the beach to lounge in the sun!
There is a small launch for kayaks or canoes, and a rock wall dock with rope mounts for guests who want to bring along their boats. (boat launch at the end of the road for bigger boats or sea-doo's etc, no cost).
The outdoor space has many wildflowers and plants to help the environment, while the path leading down to the river is where the fire pit and grassy lounging area is, while the BBQ and picnic tables are located closer to the house.
With the beach so close, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, you and your family will enjoy full access to both the beach and the river any time of day without having to worry about parking or heavy crowds etc.
If you decide to go explore the Main strip, it’s only a short 10 minute bike ride or a 5 minute drive.
Enjoy convenience of Deli Meats & More and The Beach house for ice cream (both right down the road) if you don’t feel like venturing too far!

There are 4 bedrooms in total, with the 3rd and the 4th conjoined (Juliette room, this would be good for kids) the 1st and 2nd bedroom have Queen beds, while the 3rd and 4th having a double bed in each.
There is one bathroom, with a standup shower (no tub).
The cottage is equipped with laundry, dishwasher, portable A/C upstairs.
There are 2 screened in sunrooms at both the front and the back of the house, two picnic tables and some lawn chairs provided.
