Take in the stunning views from the balcony of this gorgeous central Adelaide apartment.
There is a large open plan living, dining, kitchen area and separate bedroom with a king size bed and large en-suite bathroom. You also have access to the pool, gym, spa and sauna within the resort building.
The apartment is located in a fantastic position within a short stroll to a number of entertainment venues, restaurants and bars. The University, the Convention Centre and Adelaide Oval are close by.
Lounge/kitchen/dining - spacious area with nice accents and features.
Kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need.
There’s a lovely crystal decanter for those lovely red wines you’ll no doubt be buying.
Good size bedroom with Queen bed. Feather down duvet and pillows.
Large bathroom with shower and bath. Bath is spa bath if you’re up for some bubbles.
You have full and private access to the apartment.
The pool, spa, gym and sauna are shared with other guests and residents.
You pick up the key from a nearby convenience store.

Please note: there is no parking space associated with the apartment. If you wish to park your car there is a parking station right next door. It’s prices are comparable to other inner city parking stations.
Also as you are in the middle of the city there can be some noise on the weekends that can be heard in the apartment.
Adelaide locals must communicate with us prior to booking and prior to arrival at the property.
Occupancy limits- only guests that are on the booking can stay, visit or be in the property. The violation of this clause will lead to the removal of guests without refund. Guests will be fined $100 per person at the apartment who is not on the booking.
There are to be no parties at the property. If there is evidence of a party there is a $500 fee.
Guests will respect and follow all guidelines of Oak’s Horizons at all times. Failure to do this will lead to the removal of guests without refund.
This is a self check-in property. You must agree that you are willing and able to follow (and have read) the check in instructions that are listed in the check in guide on Air BnB. You will agree that you will not contact us before reading the check in instructions.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or on the balcony. There will be a $100 per day charge if guests are found to have smoked inside the apartment or on the balcony.
There are no pets in the apartment. If guests are found to have had pets in the apartment there is a $100 per day charge.
If guests lose keys they will be liable for the cost of replacement keys.
If any of your actions lead to us having to refund or discount the next guest following your stay you will be liable to pay for this. You agree that you are booking in good faith with your host and you agree not to damage our business if you are unhappy with any ruling by Air BnB or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying or you lose a resolution with Air BnB.
Guests will be responsible for the costs of any breakages or additional cleaning fees due their actions.
Guests must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state upon check out.
