The space is as described, super clean and the location was great. I had a few questions prior to arriving and Rebecca made the whole process a dream! I appreciate her responsiveness and how personable she was. Amenities that are open are well maintained. I was slightly worried about the atmosphere since I was staying with younger children and it being spring break, but everything was family friendly and we felt welcomed the entire stay! 10/10 would stay again!

The room itself was nice and clean. But the main building leaves a lot to be desired. The glass door going out to the beach is frosted over from old age making it next to impossible to see the ocean. Kind of a bummer when you paid for an ocean view. The building is a mess. Only 2 of 4 elevators worked. Outside pool deck area looks like it hasn't been repaired since the last hurricane. Overall disapointed in this property. Would not recommend and would not return.

From the owner: "Thank you for the honest feedback. The frosted glass was caused by a sudden seal failure over the winter, because it's special impact glass, it had to be special ordered, and we're happy to share that it's being replaced on March 17th. We completely understand how disappointing that was for an ocean view unit, and we're sorry. Regarding the pool deck — the open outdoor pool and deck area is actually the one directly below our unit. The closed southern section sustained severe hurricane damage and remains under repair, but it is neither near nor visible from our unit. All elevator cabs in our tower have also been fully updated as of March. We took your feedback to heart and have since completed a full renovation of our unit, all-new furniture, bedding, appliances, TVs, and more. We're sorry the timing of your stay didn't reflect the experience we strive to provide, and we'd love the chance to show you the difference!"

Good overall stay. Room was nice and clean and reflected what the ad showed. Felt like communication before we were in Florida could have been better but good overall.

Property it was as describe it, but anyways there no was direct access to the beach from the property and the ammenities are we already know it were close are much needit.

From the owner: "We're sorry you had this experience. This review reflects a very difficult period for our property following significant hurricane damage, during which the building was under the previous developer's management with poor upkeep. The condo owners have since taken over the building, completed extensive repairs, and fully renovated our unit with all new furniture, bedding, appliances, TVs, and more. All amenities including the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, gym, and sauna are now fully restored. The property and unit today are a completely different experience."

Don't stay here!!

Our stay at Evolve was disappointing. Parking issues arose due to only one ticket for two vehicles, causing inconvenience. The room's condition was poor, with dirt, stains, and feces and blood on the toilet. The cleaner arrived late and didn't deep clean. Dirty sheets on the pull-out couch were unacceptable. Limited utensils and dishes were provided. The cleaner's behavior was unprofessional, and health concerns arose from mold in the pool area and shower and outdated elevator inspection license. These issues significantly impacted our stay, causing stress and discomfort. The property failed to meet expectations, they left us waiting from 3:30- 8:45 for a cleaner! would not clean it all just the toilet and handle. I need to share photos of this! Don't waste your time here, I wish I could share more. we had to have door open all week!!

Hi Tammy, We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Only one parking pass is permitted per unit per the condo association’s rules, but an exception was made to provide an additional pass to help accommodate your group.- During your stay, one of the adjacent parking lots was temporarily closed for repaving, which may have caused added inconvenience. We're sorry this impacted your experience.- The unit was cleaned prior to your arrival, and we reviewed photos from the cleaning team confirming this. Even so, the team returned to address your concerns the same day. While the cleaner was on-site, we were present via speakerphone and did not observe any unprofessional conduct from their staff.- The pool was closed for scheduled repairs during your stay and may have collected rainwater, but no mold was identified. The area is regularly maintained to ensure guest safety.- The home is stocked with the same set of utensils and kitchen items that have supported guest stays over time. We are happy to assess if any specific items need replacement. The elevator is inspected and maintained on schedule in compliance with building regulations.Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Serious bang for your buck at this oceanfront condo!! The condo itself has plenty of room for a family of 4-6, it was very clean and appeared as described in the listing! 3rd floor, oceanfront right above the pool and beach. The building itself is still rehabing some amenities but there are 2 pools open, hot tubs plus im sure more to open soon. The host and on site front desk are very helpful people! The location is approximately a 10 minute drive down to the main heart of Daytona beach, pier, shops and restaurants but there also a lot of options within a very short walking distance for beach bars, publix grocery, beach stores and a McDonald's for a convenient, quick breakfast. I would 100% recommend this place and 100% stay here again. Very happy family of 6 over here!
