Welcome to our modern Wurtulla family haven! This pet-friendly home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Just a stone's throw away (200m) you’ll find the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach. Inside, discover high ceilings and polished concrete floors, exuding contemporary charm. Outside, indulge in the spacious outdoor area & BBQ, complete with a sparkling pool, perfect for lazy days under the Sunshine Coast skies.

The Space:
Upon entering this spacious holiday home, you're greeted by a chic open-plan design with high ceilings, uniting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complemented by modern polished concrete floors. Relax into the comfortable sofa in the living area, treat yourself to entertainment on the smart art TV while enjoying the comfort of the AC unit in the warmer months. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and cooking meals away from home. Adjacent to the kitchen, is a sleek round dining table comfortably seating eight, overlooking the outdoor and pool area. The glass sliding doors in the living area seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to an alfresco oasis with an outdoor sofa, dining area, BBQ and sparkling resort style pool with sun lounges. Enjoy overlooking the lovely pool and lush grassy garden, ideal for kids to run around and play. The converted garage now serves as a rumpus room, complete with a smart TV, cosy bean bags, ample desk space, and the comfort of air conditioning.

Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The modern master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, ceiling fan and a wardrobe.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom Two:
The modern bathroom features a spacious layout with a bathtub, shower, a sleek vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom Three:
Featuring a comfortable queen bed, this room is complete with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Bedroom Four:
Located at the front of the home and connects to the rumpus room. This room is perfect for the kids with a single bed and a single pullout trundle, plus a desk space, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Laundry:
Equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

** The home has 2 air-conditioning units, one in the living area and one in the rumpus room.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park 1-2 cars on the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available. Please note the garage is not available for parking.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in the quiet neighbourhood of Wurtulla, this home is only a 200m stroll to the popular surfing spot - Wurtulla Beach. Within a short driving distance, you'll find the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. Additionally, the area boasts a public hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, and skateparks nearby. Wurtulla is situated with close proximity to local parks, playgrounds, a sprawling retail hub, and extensive cycling and walking trails.

- Maroochydore airport is a 25 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60-90 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30 minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 17 minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for one small dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
