SUGAR HILL TENNIS VILLAGE B306 1BR, St. James, Barbados
The Palms is a tastefully furnished, two ensuite bedroom penthouse apartment overlooking one of the two pools and beautiful gardens within the exclusive Sugar Hill Estate. Located on the second floor, this approximately 1700 sq. ft. unit also benefits from an additional private sun deck on the floor above. Complete with loungers and jacuzzi to enjoy the sun and stars, this elevated position provides panoramic views of the Caribbean and wonderful sunsets. The spacious open-plan design, set east/west allows cool breezes to blow through the property if desired with ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The main living area opens onto the dining terrace via French doors whilst the kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances for self-catering and with an adjacent utility room complete with washer/drier. The two double bedrooms, situated at either side of the property, provide complete privacy and each feature built-in wardrobes with additional French doors to the dining terrace. Maid service is complimentary and provided on three days each week.
The Sugar Hill Estate is set on 50 acres of extremely well-maintained grounds with a clubhouse providing lovely views and with a further magnificent 2,000 sq. ft. infinity edge pool and state of the art fitness centre. There is also a childrenâs pool, tennis on four world-class floodlit courts and a lovely restaurant and bar overlooking the pool. Sugar Hill has a 24-hour security patrol and checkpoint on arrival as well as an onsite management team. Located within minutes of Holetown, the property provides complimentary membership and beach access at the neighbouring Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel set on the magnificent Alleynes Bay. Sun loungers, sun shades, parking and a discount towards meals and drinks are also complimentary.
