This single-level retreat blends cheerful décor with relaxed coastal comfort, creating a casual haven for families, couples, and friends seeking a laid-back getaway near the sand. With room for six guests, open living spaces, and thoughtful touches throughout, this home invites you to settle in, slow down, and savor life by the beach.
Begin your day with a quiet moment on the enclosed lanai, where soft natural light filters through and the peaceful setting makes it the perfect place to sip coffee, read, or plan your island adventures. When you're ready to venture out, grab the provided beach chairs, cart, umbrella, cooler, and towels and stroll just minutes to the sandy shore. After a day spent shelling, swimming, or exploring the island, return to the outdoor seating area and unwind around the fire pit as the evening sky begins to glow. Or, head over the island’s best restaurants/bars a few blocks down the street.
Inside, the open floor plan creates a warm and airy gathering space. The living room offers comfortable seating for conversation or streaming your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchen features a large breakfast bar and ample room to prepare meals and snacks, whether you’re packing a picnic for the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind. The master suite includes a queen-sized bed, a convenient workspace for those who need to stay connected, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom also features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers a trundle bed with two twin mattresses—ideal for children or additional guests. With thoughtful layout and inviting décor, everyone has a restful space to recharge.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, attached garage, and pet-friendly accommodations with an applicable fee. While the property does not have a pool, the proximity to the Gulf and the comfort of the home itself more than make up for it. Maximum occupancy is six guests, with a minimum stay of three nights. A daily electric allowance of $10 is provided, along with a refundable security deposit of $500.
