Open design perfect for socializing, cooking. 6 people max. Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, bake ware, KitchenAid mixer, microwave, smoothie maker, toaster, plenty of utensils, plates, glassware - everything you need to cook!

HEPA AIR FILTRATION is operated throughout the house for 24hrs between bookings; MERV-13 furnace filter changed every 3 months (user recommendation is one year); I STILL abide by pandemic cleaning protocols.

Less than two miles to grocery, lakes, zoo, Hwys 12/14/18/151; Less than 3miles UW-Madison, Capitol, State St, Alliant Center, St. Mary's and Meriter Hospitals. Bike, run, walk, ski, snowshoe 20 miles of paths.

You just can't beat this location for its convenience and privacy. It's located in the Arboretum - the forest within the city of Madison. There's a lot of wildlife; when you're out for a walk, hike, or bike ride, it's not unusual to see wild turkeys, cranes, and a multitude of birds.

The back porch extends comfort and space during warm or rainy weather, and the gas fireplace adds a cozy accent during colder months.

We have ROKU sticks on both TVs, plus Netflix, Hulu, and Internet access. Sorry, no cable TV, although we do get 24 local channels on living room TV, including an awesome weather channel.

We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase TRIP INSURANCE in case you need to cancel a reservation within the non-refundable time period. Refunds are only provided through VRBO based on the cancellation time frame and policy a guest agrees to upon booking, no matter the circumstance. EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED at our home - no retirement parties, no bridal showers, no bachelor/ette parties, no large birthday celebrations, baby showers, etc. If there are more guests or vehicles at our home than the indicated number of guests for the reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund Additional guests are allowed, for example, visiting family for the day, etc. just please communicate about it. Thanks!

Guests are provided a supply towels and sheets for up to up to a 4-week stay.
HOW THIS WORKS: Guests place laundry in recycle bags (provided) on front porch, and laundry is picked up and returned clean within 36 hours. Guests DO NOT have direct access to a washer and dryer in the house.
