The space
Our friends and guests feel the peace and tranquity of the large lawns and being able to look out far and wide. We live on 8.5 acres, about 2 acres towards the back of the property on a little hill, are the two houses, vegie patch, fruit orchard and lawns.

The front is a big expanse of mowed paddocks and the fenced off cows paddock. The neighbour likes to mow her 10 acre paddock too. the other side is about 60 acres of grapes.

Welcome to take a walk to the paddocks, go chat to the cow, enjoy the space on top of the hill, look out at the city lights in the distance.
Guest access
Guests have their own cottage and the lawns and orange tree in front ofit. They have their own verandah and a carport out front.

There is a large Chinese elm with two nice chairs under it and they also have their own chairs under the verandah.

Other things to note
you might feel like you are far away in the countryside without Wide Open Spaces and the 60 acres of Vines next door looking out far and wide, but we are only a few minutes away from all the conveniences and sporting precint
