Located in the heart of Oakwood Village this fully furnished basement suite has 9ft ceilings and lots of natural light. Open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. Location is great for getting downtown fast (by transit or car) and getting on the highway to day trip (Niagara Falls, Elora Gorge, Scandinavia Spa and Collingwood). Close to transit (81 Transit score). Temporary street permit parking can be purchased by the day or week.
The space
The space is a bright basement suite with nice high ceilings. Open concept common with fully equipped kitchen: French press for making coffee the mornings, wine glasses for the evenings and a dishwasher to do all the clean up. Two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Lots of closet space and a large desk in the biggest bedroom. The couch folds down into a double in case there is a need for more space. Wifi, a smart TV for watching Netflix or any other streaming services is available in the suite as well. Ensuite laundry is available for long term guest who stay for over a week.

You will have the entire 2 bedroom suite to yourself! Ensuite laundry is available for long term guest who stay for over a week. Temporary street permit parking can be purchased by the day or week.
Other things to note
We recommend bringing slippers or indoor shoes when staying with us in the fall and winter months. The floors can be a little cool in the fall/winter as it's the basement.
