Perfectly situated in the heart of the Signal Inn resort, this updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers a modern coastal retreat on Sanibel Island. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this comfortable and stylish unit is ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy the natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere that define island living.

Inside, the space features clean, contemporary design with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring throughout. The fully renovated kitchen and bathroom add to the ease and comfort of your stay, while the open-concept layout creates a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun. The bedroom includes a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, and a sleeper sofa in the main living area provides extra accommodations for guests.

A fully screened lanai offers a peaceful view of the pool and surrounding tropical landscaping. It's the perfect spot to begin your day with a cup of coffee or wind down in the evening while enjoying the gentle island breeze.

Signal Inn is an intimate, private beachfront community tucked along the Gulf of Mexico on Sanibel's desirable east end. Just a short walk from your door, you'll find private beach access to some of the best shelling in the world. The resort also offers a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry facilities, all surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical grounds. The location provides easy access to the Sanibel Lighthouse, scenic bike trails, and the local shops and restaurants along Periwinkle Way.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or the perfect home base to explore the island, this condo offers an ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and classic Sanibel charm.

Please note that the boardwalk to the beach by the pool area is temporarily closed for reconstruction, but you can still enjoy easy beach access via the boardwalk at the east end of the resort. Thanks for your understanding, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

The stay was extremely pleasant. The furnishings were tasteful, well-kept and cozy, the equipment upscale and comprehensive. The houses are pleasing in appearance and beautifully embedded in nature close to the beach. A little jewel of "Old Florida". I very much hope that this facility will be maintained for a long time to come for the enjoyment of all guests. I will be very happy to come back.

The ice maker does not work and the interior door of the refrigerator kept falling off. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with the unit and we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach can be arduous for some and it would be good if the other path or paths were repaired.

Nice place. Very comfortable for two people. Nice view of the pool and close to the grille. It is pet friendly. I wish there was some grass for the dogs. They didn’t enjoy the rocks.It would have been nice to have a walkway to the beach on our end of the complex.

Quick Birthday Getaway

Great location tucked away in paradise. Unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful new sofa bed that was very comfortable. No complaints at all with this visit Check in and check out was easy and explained in an info book, no one bothered us as check in process was remote and we felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing!

Great location! Very clean! Nice pool! Short walk to the beach from the villa. There was even a beach umbrella and some beach chairs provided. Private beach, so it wasn't crowded. We could see some of the ocean, but not the actual beach from the Villa. We did not have any problems with anything while we were there. The AC works really good! We were not hot at all inside. I would absolutely 100% stay here again!

Evacuation order ignored.

Was very surprised that we were never given the option to cancel or reschedule due to a hurricane where the governor issued an evacuation order and furthermore, we never heard from anyone during the event that left us flooded in for 18 hours without electricity. No one called to check on us or the property. I understand the need to build back but this was just pure greed with no regard for life.

This place was a gem!

The kitchen was fully stocked and modern, which made cooking at home enjoyable. The short walk to the beach was a huge bonus, and we loved having beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The property felt peaceful and private.
