This stylish architecturally designed, luxurious and spacious home boasts three bedrooms, upstairs study area with expansive living & dining area downstairs. A flow on effect to the outdoor entertaining space, a perfect alternate dining space, complete with a sparkling inground swimming pool.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backdrop of gum trees lining the walking track at the rear.

The residence comprises of :-
Sleeping a maximum of 6 guests
BEDDING CONFIGURATION 3 x Queen beds

Large bathroom, 2 x basins, bath and a separate toilet

DOWNSTAIRS -
Master Bedroom Queen with ensuite

A tasteful area with an alternate dining space, bbq

A light filled attractive office that accomodates 2 x work spaces, is situated in the front of the home & will be a locked area to guests.
Having said that it would be the perfect space for a travelling professional, and would consider giving access at an additional cost.
