Welcome to Blue Heron Beach Resort, located less than a mile away from the Lake Buena Vista entrance to Disney World. Our 2 bedrooms condo (accommodates up to 6 guests) is lakefront and is close to many restaurants and shopping!

Take in the spectacular sunrise from your balcony or be amazed by the Disney fireworks lighting up the night sky, you can do it all. Take a jet ski or kayak for a spin on the lake, get your heart pumping in our fitness center, or prepare picnics to take to Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios.

Resort amenities include a large (heated) swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room & game room. Located on peaceful Lake Bryan, you have access to water sports like kayaking, boating, jet skis & fishing on the lake.

The space
The condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed (and a private bathroom), a twin bedroom, and a bunk bed in the common area. Those share a bathroom.

Guest access
Guests have Full access to all Resort Amenities, including two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Are you looking for some exercise while staying with us? We have a fitness center at the resort.

Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun (additional fee apply).

Rainy day? No worries! Blue Heron offers an extensive library of books and games that you’re welcome to borrow as well as an onsite game room. At Blue Heron, even the rainy days are fun!

Other things to note

Whether you’re here to visit the theme parks, hit the beach for some Florida sun, explore Orlando or take advantage of the amenities at our resort, the Blue Heron Beach Resort is comfortable enough to feel like home.

IMPORTANT: Only the registered guests will be allowed to enter the resort. Guests will need to complete our registration process at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests will then need to check in at the front desk of the resort and provide ID's and proof of reservation. If guests failed to provide their registration details to Horizon Vacation Homes in time, they may not be given access to the resort and would not receive any compensation or refund. 2 cars per rental are allowed inside the resort. At check-in, guests will receive a digital card that will open the door and give them access to the resort amenities. Resort fee: included in our rental price.
