We enjoyed our two week stay. Beautiful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun set!! Location is perfect for great restaurants. Beach and pool were great! Check in instructions were easy as well.

Great location. Lots of little small touches that made our vacation easier. Bathroom/kitchen Incidentals, beach chairs, lots of cookware, coolers, outdoor grill access, pool and hot tub access, all appliances up to date, easy parking. The beach was very clean and nice. It seemed like someone was at the complex every day cleaning or doing some repairs/maintenance which was nice to see they care.

Small condo complex which created a lovely less busy and more intimate experience. Close to the beach. Balcony is great for looking for Dolphins. The more permanent residents of the condo were super nice and pleasant to talk with.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

We stayed at this fabulous condo the week of November 2nd through the 9th and couldn't have been happier. Very clean, nicely equipped and just an overall pleasant experience. We were concerned because we stayed so closely after the two hurricanes, but other than the pool not being accessible, understandingly so, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this unit, I know I would love to stay there again.

All around beautiful!!

My family and I came to Indian shores to vacation before moving my son into USF! It was a beautiful condo with the most gorgeous sunsets! Great location, not crowded, could walk across the street to Caddy’s or just a mile walk to other restaurants, ice cream and shops. Short drive to tourist locations. Beautiful beachfront views, clean pool and hot tub. We all absolutely loved our stay and thank you for sharing with our family!

Nice condo quiet.

Have stayed in the building before. It 's quiet part of the whole Clearwater stretch. Hopefully it stays that way. Would stay again. Liked the place. Lots of sharks came close to to beach. And I don't mean liberals. Real ones.

Amazing Week on the Gulf

We had an amazing week! The condo had a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. The condo was clean and spacious. We travel a lot and I think it is important to note, this condo did not have any strange smells, bugs, mold, mildew, or humidity issues (a lot of places can look beautiful in the listings, but that sort of thing you never know until you are there and it's too late). There was a closet on the balcony full of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, and even a nice cooler. Side note about the pool noodles. The appliances worked great. The washer and dryer were HUGE. The beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. There were always plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts to use, even on check in and check out days. The elevator was always fast.

Great view gorgeous grounds. Condo needs maintenance

The condo itself needs a deep clean. The return air vent in the living room is filthy. The sand collected under the couches is very dirty. Toilet paper rolls are broken. Some dresser drawers you can’t even open. No large frying pan in condo. The WiFi to the tv will not stay connected so watching tv is nearly impossible. For the amount of money I would expect the condo to be cleaned much better. The good things. Gorgeous view the grounds are kept up very well. Staff were very nice. Would stay here again for sure. I do hope they address their cleaning service and raise expectations.

Great place. Highly recommend!

This place was great. I will first start out with my recommendation. The king size bed in the master bedroom should be replaced. While not terrible, it is showing signs of age (sagging in sleeping spots). That is my only recommendation and should not be seen as a negative or reason not to stay here. This place was immaculate. Clean with all the essentials needed for a weeks stay. Communication with owner was immediate and appreciated. The views were beautiful and the convenience to shops, stores and restaurants was incredible. The pool area was clean with plenty of space and chairs. There were also plenty of beach items to use including chairs, cooler and a tent for the sun. Thank you for a great place to vacation and will definitely book again in the near future

Beautiful View no ridiculous elevator waits like some other condos. I have back issues and the beds were great. Lots of kitchen appliances and necessities. Only compliant is it could have been a bit cleaner. Mold in master shower that easily wiped off, wet towel in washer, Keurig still had water from previous stay in it. Trash in floor in front of couch. Pool/hot tub was dirty out first night/day there looked to have napkins in pool and a pillow and Stuffing in hot tub. This was cleaned about a day and a half after we arrived. The pool hours aren’t great only condo Ive ever stayed where it closes at dark. Could us a few more bath towels there were only 6 provided with a family of 5 this made for tricky situations sometimes, condo is supposed to be for 8 so I would say at least 1 bath towel per guest should be there . The door knob did stop working while we were there maintenance was there within 30 minutes to replace it. Sorry this turned into complaints I just wanted this to be an honest review the condo was great and well worth the money. We had a great stay.

Great condo with a few exceptions.

We loved the complex. The management company was excellent. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. The king bed in the master is VERY firm. Meaning if you are a side sleeper it feels like you are sleeping on a rock. The other down side was the stocking of the kitchen. Let me first say it has more small appliances and Tupperware type containers than anywhere else I have stayed. It also has 2 sets of pots but only 1 decent size skillet. There are also no liquid measuring cups. This is a small detail I know but for a family with seafood allergies, we can’t eat out very often due to cross contamination so we cook a lot and it was difficult at times. We had 7 people in the condo and never once did we feel like we were tripping over each other. The sunsets are breathtaking. Overall we have a wonderful time.

This property is in a great location with a large lanai. When we arrived the lanai was so dirty with shells, so much sand and the glass top table was so sticky with ring spots of from the prior guests drinks. It never was cleaned. Then I noticed the dirty rug under the coffee table. There was a small pill, puzzle pieces, piece of candy and a lot of sand. We have a 10 month old baby with us and this could have been really bad if she got a hold of any those things. Next I brought my stuff into the primary bedroom only to find the prior guest hair under the chair and lots of sand. In the primary bathroom there was more hair in the shower. The shower tile was moldy and looks really bad. The blind was ripped and falling off the track in the primary bedroom. There were glasses never washed as well as dirty knives. One had so much rust on it. I called the management company and they sent someone out the next day. Unfortunately she only spoke Spanish and we only spoke English. She didn’t know what needed to be done. My son tried to explain and pointed to what needed to be done. Only the lanai was swept and she left. The management company should have told her all of my concerns. I sent pictures and they could have sent them to her. I ended up cleaning everything. We have been going to Indian shores for 20 years and this place was the dirtiest we have ever stayed. The management company did refund us our cleaning fee. Which I thought was far.

I have stayed in this complex for 15 years. The other units are nice. However, this unit was not accommodating to the renter. Not enough towels, not enough blankets, one roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. We sadly rented during the coldest week of January and had to go to the store as soon as we got there to buy an extra blanket as there were zero in the condo. The unit was barely clean and smelled like mold when we arrived.
