WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Impress your family and friends on Empress Boulevard with this exceptionally elegant home.
Walk through the native front garden into the beautiful entry way through the wooden door where you can place you purse on the buffet table and pop your luggage into the master bedroom to the left. Kick your shoes off and fall into the cushy king bed under the breeze of the ceiling fan. The master is also fit with a walk-in robe and ensuite including a vanity, toilet and walk in shower.
Walking through to a separate hallway to the left, where bedrooms two, three and four sit after the main bathroom and separate toilet. The Main Bathroom dressed in light tiles features a bath, shower and vanity. Each of the three bedrooms holds plush queen beds, built in robe and ceiling fans to keep the air circulating and supply white noise to ease you into slumber.
Before heading into the kitchen there are two additional bedrooms, Room 5 is spacious with a luxurious queen bed, TV and free-standing wardrobe. And Room 6 a snug area with a long single inside.
The Home then opens up into the Family Area with Chefâs Kitchen which leads out to the Alfresco area with Gas BBQ, wooden table and chairs, looking out to establish native garden. The enclosed yard is turfed with fake grass perfect for your children or little pooches to run around in securely.
The well-equipped kitchen is fit with all the appliances, crockery and cookware you need to easily whip up a meal for your family & friends. Including an oven, gas stove, large fridge, ALDI coffee pod machine, rice cooker, air fryer & sandwich press, with a microwave and dishwasher tucked into the island bench which serves as a breakfast bar also. The coffee maker is a Aldi Pod Machine which is compatible with only Aldi Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own. In front of the kitchen sits the lounge area which hosts an L-shaped couch and red recliner which look onto the Large TV where you can log into your favourite streaming services, with Free Wifi Available. The open area is serviced by a Split System Air Conditioner which help keep the house cool along with the ceiling fans. There is ducted heating vents throughout the home and itâs bedrooms to keep you nice and toasty on those chilly days.
Off to the side is a six-seater dining table, next to the second lounge area, closable by double doors, to get some peace and quiet whilst you lounge on one of the two three-seater couches whilst you watch one of your favourite shows on the third TV of the home.
In-between the Kitchen and lounge you will find the Laundry with a front loader washing machine and separate dryer leading outside to the sunny clothesline.
The home also includes ample parking with a secure double garage, with even more room in the driveway and free on street parking with safe bays to the side of the road.
Guest Access
A digital lock is fitted to the property. Details on your unique code will be provided before check-in along with other details to access the property. You will have access to the whole home including the double garage.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Empress Blvd in the seaside town of Ocean Grove. With essentials just a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, being Kingston Village Centre where you can find Woolworths, ALDI, Dan Murpheyâs and many eateries, including Zambrero, Nickoâs Fish & chips and Town & Country Pizza & Pasta.
Also, some noteworthy restaurants nearby are âThe Grubbâ at Oakdene Vineyards a 15-minute walk away and the âThe Mexâ a 2-minute drive away, both along Grubb Rd.
Enjoy nearby attractions such as, Kingston Park and Bellarine sports & Aquatic Centre (5 min drive), Banks Road Vineyard (6 min drive), Adventure park (6 min drive), Bellarine Adventure Mini Golf (2 min drive), or of course, the Ocean Grove Main Beach (6 min drive).
Getting Around
We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounds. There are buses about a 3-minute walk away along Grubb Rd where you can catch Route 56 Geelong Station - Queenscliff via Ocean Grove.
You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers to the area, but they may not be nearby.
