Summary:

Perfect location in the stunning beachfront village at Currumbin. Wake up to ocean lit sunrises in this newly renovated 1950s mid century classic. Please note our next door neighbour is building apartments with anticipated completion May 2026. His structure is complete and scaffold commenced coming down as at November 2025.





Has a fully equipped kitchen with Meile appliances and generous balconies overlooking Currumbin beach right across the road.



Please note the second bedroom is set up as an office space but has a double futon that is suitable for one adult or two children under 12 only. If you would like sofa bed set up for your stay please notify us :)



The Space:

The master suite is open plan to maximise ocean views. There is a door for privacy between second bedroom and rest of unit. The master suite is open to the main living space.



Hanging and shelf storage for the apartment is via a double mirrored wardrobe in second bedroom. The apartment may or may not be suitable for unrelated adults as one adult will be sleeping on a futon in the second bedroom. The apartment is ideal for couples or couples with an infant or small children.



Guest Access:

This apartment included a car space in front of building at ground floor.



The apartment is on the first floor



The common laundry is on ground level with a garden drying area.
