Thanks for showing an interest in our beachfront condo! We’ve been hosts for ten years on other platforms and private rentals but thought we would give VRBO a try. Happy to share past references from renters or additional information you need as we build our profile on this platform. Prime beachfront location in the Diplomat perfect for a family vacation, winter escape or couples getaway. Beautiful ground floor unit in the heart of Cocoa Beach directly facing the ocean. Private patio is steps to the beach. Sip your coffee as you watch the sunrise or sip your wine as you catch a late night shuttle launch, this direct oceanfront condo is within walking distance to Ron Jon's, the Cocoa Beach Pier, mini golf, Publix, and many other great local restaurants and shops. This complex has a heated pool, tennis court, bocce, shuffle board, horseshoes and BBQ area.

This fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been updated and is meticulously maintained. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable seating area with a pull out sofa and a fully stocked kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer make this the perfect getaway spot. This end unit offers privacy from passerby's with convenient beach access.

An hour or less to Orlando International Airport, Disney theme parks and other local attractions, many golf courses, world-class shopping and major sporting events. Very short drive to Port Canaveral and the cruise terminals as well as the Kennedy Space Centre. There is no shortage of things to do in the Cocoa Beach and Orlando area. Convenient access to the new Brightline high-speed rail service to Miami from Orlando!

One week minimum rental only available for beachfront units at the Diplomat! Rates are negotiable for longer term stays and seasonal discounts are available. Please contact us for additional details.

Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement to sign and return. It's a standard agreement that outlines the basic rules and regulations of the rental term and property.

This is a first floor unit directly facing the ocean. You do not need to pass through the locked community gate to access the beach. However, the benefit of a ground floor unit with the best beach access also means that you may have an obstructed view of the ocean depending on the time of year since the ground cover between the unit and the beach may impact your sightline.

This is a prime unit at the Diplomat and available for one week minimum rentals.

We're excited to offer our family getaway to others for sun, sand, sea and relaxation. We love coming to Cocoa Beach and have been visiting the area for more than 15 years. Nothing beats the location, close to so many things to see and do in the Cocoa Beach and Orlando area. Enjoy!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Cocoa Beach has it all, from local shopping including Ron Jons, to many large malls a short distance away in the Orlando area. Close to major attractions and theme parks, golf courses, Brevard Zoo, carting, mini-golf, the Space complex and of course the beach! We just love Cocoa Beach and all it has to offer!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view and easy access to the beach. You just need to walk across the grass to the walkway without passing through the locked gate, super easy and convenient for quick runs back up from the beach to restock your cooler! The condo is in great condition and clean. And the beachfront units are the only ones that rent for one week at the Diplomat, a huge benefit for those looking for a short stay.
