On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and shower. There is also an outdoor sitting area.
Upstairs has the master bedroom with a queen bed and deck access, and a second bedroom with a double bed and the option to set up a fold-out bed. There is also a full bathroom complete with tub.
The property is a lovely townhouse with many inclusions, making our stay very comfortable. The very short walk to the beach and to the centre of Sawtell, with its lovely cafes and restaurants, was a bonus. The location was very quiet and parking was very convenient.
The unit was very clean and functional. Very well equiped kitchen accessories, cleaning products, everything worked, nice and quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay again at the price point.
We found the property to be well equipped and reasonably comfortable. However with the weather we experienced it was quite damp and cold maybe due to the exposed brick walls. Some floor coverings in the living area and heating would have given a more homely feel to this property which is showing its age.The location is excellent as it is a short flat walk to the beach and town centre.
