BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 - a Super King bed and bi fold doors that open out to to the private deck and garden.

Bedroom 2 - a Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - 2 x Double and 2 x Single bed (bunk configuration with single above double)

The bedrooms each have beside tables with lamps, built in wardrobes, carpet and curtains or vertical blinds and heater.

KITCHEN

Full sized and equipped for self-catering having a modern family sized fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cook top, dishwasher, stainless-steel sink.

LOUNGE/DINING

Enjoy dining around the 6 chair dining table or sink into the comfy couch positioned perfectly to watch your favourite show on the new large screen SMART TV. You can set your preferred temperature for this area with dedicated air conditioning.

LAUNDRY

Modern washing machine and dryer plus, if you prefer, an outdoor washing line positioned to enjoy sunshine is at the rear.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The property is fenced, with a private front and rear deck with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy sitting in the sunshine. Children will need to be supervised at all times whilst on the deck areas and around the section.


PARKING

Down a private driveway there is plenty of parking at the front of house, EV charging can be arranged at cost of power.


YOUR STAY INCLUDES – quality bed & bath linen, high speed fibre internet/Wi-Fi, electricity & water. For stays longer stays linen changes and cleaning can be arranged extra charges will apply.

Note - for general security we have security cameras on the exterior of the property.

Supermarkets are a short drive away, however for the small forgotten items there’s a convenience store a very short walk from property as well as a Domino pizza store and liquor store.

The home address is serviced by Uber Eats, or all major fast food chain restaurants, fish & chip store, sushi, bakeries, Asian restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and shopping malls (Albany Westfield Mall / Glenfield Westfield Mall / Westgate Shopping Area / Mall) are a short drive away (see below)
