The Space:
Nestled in the heart of Eastern Beach, this expansive home by Zodiak Stays is designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and style. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's the perfect space for larger groups or families looking to make the most of their time in Auckland.

On the upstairs level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which includes the master bedroom and ensuite. The master bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a TV on the wall across from the bed with Chromecast attached. The other two rooms have a single bed and queen bed and closet space for your belongings. The bathroom is large, modern and has a bath and shower. The toilet is separate and located just next to the bathroom.

There is also an office space upstairs. The upstairs also features central cooling and heating.

Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, dining area, patio, 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and all the utensils you need to cook your own meals. There is a dining table next to the kitchen with 6 spaces. There is also a outdoor dining table on the patio.

Both living rooms are beautifully furnished. One is full of comfy seating for everyone and has a heat pump/AC and the other living room has a sofa big enough for 3 people and a large smart TV on the wall.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen bed and the other has a single bed. They both have closet space.

There is a garage with space for one car and you'll find a double kayak and bikes which you can borrow during your stay. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry downstairs. A outdoor clothes line can be accessed from the laundry.

At Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the house will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The Neighborhood:
- Eastern Beach Dairy (across the road) does great fish and chips.
- Gorkha Restaurant (across the road) is the best Indian Restaurant in East Auckland. It is very popular so guests are advised to make a booking esp at peak times.
- Barracuda cafe/restaurant is a 3 minute walk and does great coffee and bistro food.
- Bucklands Beach: is about a 7-10 minute walk and is great to visit in the evenings at sunset times and also has a number of cafe's and restaurants that do very good food. Bucklands Beach Roundabout has a number of takeaway food options (bakery, Chinese food, etc.)
- Musick Point: 15-20 minute bike ride. It has great views of Auckland. Feel free to use the bikes provided! Musick Point is also right next to the Golf Course
- Half Moon Bay shops and ferry terminal are a 15-20 minute walk and there are some very popular restaurants. It has options for breakfast coffee all the way to high-end dinner, evening drinks, brunch, etc.
* This is also where the nearest supermarket is.
- Howick Village is a 7-10 minute drive and has a lot of character, great restaurants, and the Saturday Farmers market has a number of NZ-made art and craft shops.
- Highland Park Village is a 3-5 minute drive and has Countdown and hosts the library, etc.
- Other beaches in the area include Mellons Bay, Howick Beach, Cockle Bay.
- Pigeon Mountain (4-minute drive) is the starting point of the Rotary Walkway that can take you all the way to Point England.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are in a lockbox at the property. We will send you full check-in instruction on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark at this property. There is also plenty of street parking.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 7x tea/coffee, 9x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
The Zodiak Stays office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
