Welcome to The Sandy Dune, located in the heart of Duck! Located Oceanside, on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few blocks from shopping, dining and the beach. Ample off street parking includes some covered parking.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with a hammock and hammock swing, outside shower and charcoal grill. Steps lead you to an expansive deck wrapping around to the hot tub, and more steps to a crows nest to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and starry nights. Inside you'll find a Rec Room (no interior access to top level) with a pool table, flat screen TV, pinball machine, 2 arcade games, mini-refrigerator and a half bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: With an open floor plan, the large dining and great room offers plenty of space for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Great room with flat-screen TV, wood stove, deck access, kitchen with large breakfast bar seating 6, dining area seating 8 and deck access. Sunroom with flat-screen TV and deck access to the Hot Tub. To the left of the living area you'll find a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV. To the right of the living areas you'll find another Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a flat-screen TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
