Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, and basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home essentials include a comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Living & Amenities:
The estate is designed for elevated outdoor enjoyment, featuring a waterfront pool with a slide, a hot tub, and a beach side patio with panoramic sea views. Enjoy direct water access via the private boat launch and three docks, one of which includes a jet dock.

Inclusions:

The villa is equipped with a 2 person, glass-bottom kayak with paddles and life jackets.  The villa is on the famous bioluminescence bay.  With the 2 person glass bottom kayak, guests can paddle right out to the bay at night and experience the incredible glowing of the waters at night when paddling around the bay.  A must-experience!

Relax in the shade, host dinner by the water, or take a dip in the pool as the sun sets over the North Sound.
