The Space:
This home boasts three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a plush king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, and a queen over queen bunk bed accommodations and convenient access to pristine bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The twin rooms are equipped with floor mats as well as a den space with fold out couch.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
