This property is one of very few unobstructed ocean villas in all of Rio. There are 3 floors and a detached guest house. The master room sits at the top of the house with a large terrace overseeing one of the best sunsets in the world. 2 ocean front guest rooms are in the main house and have ocean front views. The guest house offers more privacy with an ocean front view as well. The middle or main floor has a 75 inch TV and sound bar with glass windows from ceiling to floor. On the bottom floor there is an ocean front office, 3 sofas, a pool table and dining room and kitchen.
Relax in the yard in the 2 cabana chairs or next to the pool where you can find the churrasco and outdoor TV as well. Underneath the pool, you will find a sauna that looks out into the ocean.

The whole house is available for use. I have 2 staff members as well. Monday through Friday that clean inside and outside of the house daily.
They can drive you to places if you wish as well (car not provided).

The property has a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking outside the house in a safe and gated community.
