Tucked back down a shared driveway protected from noise and traffic, this is beachside bliss without the hustle and bustle.

The view is the hero of the home. As you walk upstairs to the second story you'll be greeted with panoramic vistas of the Bay of Plenty coastline. A renovated open plan kitchen and dining area complement the spacious lounge.

The master bedroom with a Californian king bed and a television is located on the top floor, as well as a small single room and main bathroom.

The downstairs area, located at the entry level, would be ideal as a kids' zone. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with both a double bed and a single bed. A washing machine and extra fridge are also located downstairs as well as a another full bathroom.

There is a fenced astro turf area for the kids to burn some energy, or a breezy spot for the shade seekers and an outdoor shower is perfect to wash off a day at the beach.

Enjoy sunrises with a cuppa, while away the day with a book before wandering across Marine Parade to the beach. Come back home for something cold and quality time with your family - there’s a drawer full of board games to enjoy. Make memories, sit back and relax.

There is a secure garage for storage of items, but cannot be parked in. There is one small parking spot (but would not fit a boat or trailer), otherwise street parking is available roadside.
There is no television in the lounge room, there is one in the master bedroom.
There is no barbecue at this home.
There is one heat pump, located downstairs.
The house has a washing machine and washing line but does not have a dryer.
There is no dining table, there is a breakfast bar.
There is no bath, but two showers + outdoor shower.
This house has adjoining homes on either side.
Please bring your own beach towels.
No pets are allowed at this property.
The main guest who books must be 25 years of age plus
Strictly no parties or gatherings

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
