Thanks for the comments . The bathroom toilet was replaced two days before you arrived. Someone cracked it and we didn’t get to finish the touch up before you came. We were able to get the toilet installed however, we were not able to finish the touch up paint. Thank you for the comments

Thanks for the review Brooklyn. Sorry if the house smelled musty. We’ve had some power outages the last couple days due to the rain and the air conditioner must’ve cut off. I’m not sure “you can’t walk around the property” is a positive or negative thing. We advertise very clearly “ gorgeous lake view” Glad you guys enjoyed the covered deck with the sound of the waterfall Also, next time please close the sliding glass doors onto the back deck. Both were left open with the air conditioning on. I’m sure you did that unintentionally due to the incredible weather we had this weekend.

This guest was difficult from the second I elected to accepted her request. She required countless emails to answer questions that were sent to her on the very first acceptance email; Including but not limited to a question on what to do on the day of departure. We spent a long time creating a detailed list of house rules. This guest chose simply not to read any of them. Additionally they paid for one pet to come to the house and brought several. Furthermore our security camera caught their dogs going number 2 , right near the front door, without the guest picking up their dogs mess. We always ask that guest advise us if there are items that need repair. We appreciate the intel The interest thing is that our cleaning crews reviews all the beds and mechanicals prior to each arrival. None of these items mentioned in her review were part of the prior guest report needing repair I’m actually quite surprised that she mentioned The garbage disposal. Within 10 minutes of being notified of this on VRBO site I tracked down her phone number and texted her back to determine the exact situation. This was in the evening on the first night she was there. I spent the next several hours trying to secure a plumber for the next day. She texted me the following morning that everything was Working fine. I subsequently canceled the plumber. This guest is not someone I would rent to again directly due to their actions
