This house was the highlight of our trip to Massachusetts. The view of the trees with the pond was spectacular. Morning coffee with this view was serene. The house had plenty of supplies. I bought extra toilet paper and did not need it since there was so much. The only thing that was missing was hair shampoo so bring your own. Also Chatham was the most beautiful and central town to stay on the Cape. We used this location as the base and took side trips to Provincetown (must visit) etc. Be aware that you should head out early to make sure that you are back before dark. The roads are not well lit.
The house, windows, kitchen, laundry room, shower, Weber grill, deck, location, and car port were all spectacular.
Descent beds that were on the soft side. The tubs sides were higher than usual and harder to step in, but the shower head was magical.
They were stingy with towels, and they were dumped on the floor right inside the front door in a bag. After a thousand dollars in management fees you would think things like towels and chair cushions would be put away in the closets.
The living room furniture is dingy and borderline gross with a cluttered corner of tv equipment. The upstairs carpet was excessively stained.
Our first morning there we were surprised by an army of landscapers. For over three hours we endured endless noise and leaf blower dust clouds while trying to cook lunch on the grill and enjoy the deck with an infant.
We paid a lot of money for quiet and solitude and didn't have it our first day because of landscapers.
I would not stay here again,
We had a family reunion with my brother in Brewster. We loved the awesome view of the lake!!! Everything we needed was supplied. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds! We would highly recommend this Vrbo home!
