Our expectations for this stay--something comfortable and practical fairly close to Silver Spurs arena.
Pros--gated neighborhood, unit across the street from nice community pool/hot tub/clubhouse w/fitness center. We also chose this unit because of first floor bedroom/bathroom/entry. 2 more bedrooms upstairs, which share a bathroom. There's an extra sink/vanity outside the bathroom--convenient. Kitchen pretty well-equipped (but no coffee filters) and multiple smart TVs.
Cons--worst one was discovering that ALL 4 beds in the bunk room had dirty/used sheets and linens when my kids tried to sleep there--grossed out! Towels are mediocre and limited, and we didn't have any pool or dish towels. Listing DOES tell you that only "starter" supplies are provided...reasonable to some extent, but only providing two budget rolls of toilet paper for a 3 BR unit for a 4 day stay is crazy--please spend a couple of $$ to at least leave some TP as no one should be buying toilet paper for a long weekend trip for the price! Some odds and ends needed attention--ie light bulbs and no bath mat upstairs; worst being defunct shower faucet upstairs that was obvious and nearly inoperable. Unit had some ants, but this is a FL issue. Booking frustrating as it was not clear we had to give credit card to management company via spam email and 4% charge for using cc--felt dicey.
Getting into unit easy via code lock, must register car but fairly easy. No real checkout guidance other than time. Won't be back.
