The Space:
Studio 38 by Tiny Away is located in Myocum - Northern Rivers Region. This tiny home is just an hour's drive from the Gold Coast, which offers surf breaks, stunning beaches, theme parks, and nightlife. Nearby Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens, Torakina Beach, and Byron Bay.

A comfortable accommodation overlooking horses paddocks and greenery. This studio is freshly renovated and connected to the main residence with a car garage separating it. The main farm shed/horse tack shed is located close but the studio itself is very private.

The tiny home features easy access to water, a kitchenette, a microwave with an air fryer function, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It is also equipped with a ceiling fan and has a large sliding door with a screen & a large window with a screen. Espresso coffee, tea, sugar, milk, olive oil & balsamic vinegar are provided during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Hinterland Hideout," available with 24 hours' notice in advance.

As an added note, our holiday homes are approximately 50 metres from the main house while the working shed is approximately 30 metres, and 500 metres from the main road.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the studio, the car park, and the orchard where the studio is located. When entering or leaving the property, the front gate needs to be closed at all times.

NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Restricted areas are the main house, the privacy of the pool, and the second tiny house "Hinterland Hideout" on our property. We ask our guests to respect the privacy of their host and other guests.

In addition, since mowing and farm work are carried out most days. For light sleepers, please bring your earplugs with you to have a restful stay. Much appreciated.

- Torakina Beach is a popular attraction where most families and children go swimming, snorkeling, and more.
- Byron Bay is a coastal town nearby the tiny house where you explore restaurants, cafes, shops, and water activities.
- Beyond Byron E-Bikes is perfect for the outdoors, with well-guided biking trails where you can sweat it out while admiring nature's stunning vistas.
- Brunswick Head Nature Reserve is a protected nature reserve where you can go fishing, go-on picnics, and swim in the river or Bay Beach Torakina.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed inside the studio, (guests are allowed to smoke outside as long as you extinguish there cigarette butts and put them in ashtray)

- Wifi is available
- Electric BBQ grill is available
- Mobile reception are good
- Can supply platters etc at extra costs
- Working farm horses are fed twice daily
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have 2 dogs on the property that sometimes bark
- Please note that our HORSES FENCE ARE ELECTRIC; caution is advised
- Always remember to shut the gates when entering and leaving animal paddocks
- Please do not enter restricted areas such as animal paddocks without the land host's permission
- If you want to meet the horses, please contact your land host so she can bring them out for you to meet
- Please note that you may hear machinery noise as the property is a working farm that cares for farm animals and crops
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
