Lovely place

Lovely place, just as advertised. Only negative (for some people only) is that it's a bit noisy at night due to the popular bars and restaurants.

To many conditions on staying here. Sliding door to balcony very very difficult to open. 2nd bedroom is actually the size of a cupboard which is misrepresented in the add. The service charge on top of the rental is exorbitant and should be outlined up front not after you have agreed to stay.

We believe this review is retaliatory and want to provide context for future guests. This guest initially refused to pay the security bond upon check-in — a standard requirement that is clearly outlined in our listing prior to booking. After eventually agreeing to the bond terms, the guest then proceeded to smoke inside the property, which is a direct violation of our house rules. We hold ourselves to a high standard and our wider review history speaks to that. All of our policies are clearly communicated before booking so it is disappointing to see this review.
