This vacation rental home has all the comforts of home and more. The spacious, open kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in. The kitchen overlooks the living room making it easy to engage with family and friends while preparing your favorite meals, or late night snacks. The dining room seats 6 while the kitchen island seats another 4. (There is also ample seating on the lanai for poolside dining)



Kick back and enjoy a family movie night in the cozy living room which features a sofa, loveseat and 70-inch Smart TV.



Next, take advantage of some of our famous Florida sunshine when you head out back to your very own private pool! The screened lanai includes a dining set seating 6, zero gravity sun loungers and a 32-inch Roku TV.



You will sleep soundly after your day of Florida sun and fun in one of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The kids, and the young at heart, are sure to enjoy the themed bedrooms that include Star Wars, Minions, Mickey Mouse and Frozen.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
