Ideally suited for 8 adults and 4 children, The Beach House is on South Haven's “Golden Mile” offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Retreat to where time is measured by the tides and the sun.

Living Spaces
As you walk up the front steps to a covered front porch, you'll feel like you're home already. And it just gets better when you walk inside. While The Beach House offers all of the modern day amenities guests are sure to appreciate, the property was built in 1910. The homeowner revamped this home with a careful eye to details, so Guests will still find much of the charm of yesteryear still remains. In the main common area, a full wall of windows with West exposure offer lake views as far as the eye can see! This area offers two plush sofas, two swivel chairs and large TV. The space also offers a small workstation and newly renovated powder room. The homes "original" living room is a fine example of the early 1900s charm offering original wood floors, a charming fireplace (decorative purposes only) and coffered ceilings. Nearby, you will find the formal dining room with seating for 8.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
Who likes to cook? You'll love doing it here! Our fully equipped and outfitted kitchen offers an array of appliances including dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and even a stand mixer! There's plenty of storage for all your groceries and a huge center peninsula and trendy pendant lighting. The gorgeous dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably accommodates 8.

Bed & Bath
The first floor offers one double bedroom with a private bathroom, perfect for those with difficulty managing stairs. Also located on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom for guests. On the second level are three additional bedrooms. A bedroom with one queen bed and a bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds(daybed with trundle) share a hallway bathroom. On the other side of the home is a queen bedroom with twin bed, that offers a private (newly renovated) ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Spaces
The Beach House is a true example of outdoor living at its finest! The large covered porch offers a serene environment for calm reflection or simple pleasures, while gazing into Lake Michigan. Here, enjoy a conversation seating area as well as an outdoor table for al fresco meals! With the home being perched on a low bluff, there is easy access to 70' of private lake frontage and sugar sand beaches. Enjoy sandcastles by day (some beach toys provided) and the warm glow of a fire by night! The oversized and shaded lawn back up top offers ample room for yard games, and seating with lawn chairs that can be found in the tenant storage.
